Once we agree on the project scope, I’ll send a straightforward service agreement and a link to your secure customer portal and get started.

Full Details:
  • You’ll receive a detailed contract outlining deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
  • Payment is handled easily through an online invoice or customer portal (credit card and ACH options available).
  • For flat-rate projects: I get to work as soon as the agreement is signed and initial payment is completed. Deliverables are sent according to the timeline we agree on.
  • For ongoing/hourly projects: We’ll schedule a short check-in (weekly or monthly, depending on the scope) to review progress, adjust priorities, and keep everything running smoothly.
