Full Details:
  • You’ll receive a detailed agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed pricing.
  • Payment is handled through a secure online invoice or client portal (credit card and ACH accepted).
  • In the first 1–2 weeks, we’ll work closely so I can get inside your systems, learn your operations, and understand your goals — through async walkthroughs, audits, or team conversations.
  • Once I have context, I shift into execution: documenting, optimizing, or building systems that align with your business.
  • We’ll hold short check-ins (weekly or biweekly) to stay aligned, shift priorities if needed, and ensure steady progress.

Typical structure

• 5–15 hours/week for a 2–3 month commitment

• Billed monthly via secure client portal

• Includes strategy, documentation, updates, and scheduled check-ins

Do you manage other contractors?

If it supports the systems and structure I’m building — yes. If you’re just looking for a people wrangler — no.

Are you open to equity-based offers?

Only if the business is already profitable and you’re offering something truly compelling. (And even then — probably not.)
